Resource Added: Questions to Consider
I’ve just added a resource that I hand out to my pre-confession students. You can find it here. These questions are designed to get them thinking about where they are spiritually — whether they are, in fact, ready to profess their faith in Jesus Christ. These questions are followed up later through a private discussion with each student. This is in addition to the discussion each student has with the consistory — generally that discussion focusses more on the knowledge aspect of faith. The questions were adapted from Archibald Alexander, an American Presbyterian and the first professor appointed to Princeton Theological Seminary.
