Biblical Interpretation
Last night I did a brief introduction to Biblical Interpretation (hermeneutics) for my congregation. A lot of what I said was based on an excellent book by Dr. S. Greijdanus, Schriftbeginselen ter Schriftverklaring (Scripture Principles for Scripture Interpretation). Back in 2006, I blogged through this material. Eventually I put it all into a .pdf and it’s been available on my resource site ever since. For last night I revised the document, improving here and there, and eliminating the typos.
